How to set up Titan Integration

Full two-way integration between Titan PMR and your MedPoint can be added via the Titan marketplace.

Once the integration has been set-up, the integration operates in the following way:
  1. Pharmacy staff attach their standard Titan "package" bag label to the bottom of the bag 
  2. Load the bag into the MedPoint channel
  3. Once Scanning has completed, the order is created on the Medpoint Portal automatically via the MedPoint API and the patient receives their SMS notification from MedPoint as with portal-created orders
  4. The bag tracking system within Titan adds the bag to the Collection Point location automatically.  
  5. Once Orders are collected by the patient, Titan is automatically updated with the status of the bag as well as the exemption reason or amount paid for the order if applicable. This makes it much quicker for Titan users to review & submit prescription reimbursement claims to the NHS.
