Alarm Trigger

Alarm has been triggered

1.       Power machine off (very important as you will damage the mechanism if you try to do the following with the power on).

2.      To power off at the rear of the machine, push bottom button on the white box  on right hand side of machine under shutter (do not switch off at the mains).

3.      Open the postbox (prescription drop off box), gently raise collector and check if there is anything in there (even a small piece paper can be detected).
Remove all offending items and refit letterbox.  You do not need to push the collector box back down into place as the machine will do this automatically when switched back on.

4.   Power the machine back on by pressing the top button on the small white box on the back of the back of the machine.

5.     Make sure the machine reboots correctly and shows no error on screen.  The screen should show your advertising slides or a prompt to enter a PIN code.  These will appear after a few minutes once the machine has done a full scan.

Thanks
