How to add or remove keyholder phone numbers

Keyholders will receive important sms alerts whenever the MedPoint has an issue that prevents patients from collecting orders. These include but are not limited to power cuts, jams, items left in the collector box.

The sms alert includes a link to the relevant help article on how to resolve the issue. Invariably these issues can occur out of hours and it is up to the pharmacy to decide their policy on staff attending to resolve issues.

To edit this setting you must have Pharmacy Admin or Group Admin permissions.

  1. Log in to the pharmacy you want to edit the settings for
  2.  Navigate to "Settings" on the left had menu
  3. Click "Edit" on the business settings
  4. Enter the mobile phone number in the "KEYHOLDER MOBILE NUMBERS" field.
  5. Use the return or Enter key after entering each number. Multiple numbers can be entered and all will receive alarm notifications sms.
  6. Click Save
