How to change the expiry collection window for orders

The expiry collection window is the number of days you allow patients to collect their MedPoint order. It is used to calculate the expiry date that patients are told in the pin notification message.

To edit this setting you must have Pharmacy Admin or Group Admin permissions.

1. Log in to the pharmacy you want to edit the settings for
   
2.  Navigate to "Settings" on the left had menu
   
3. Click "Edit" on the business settings
   
4. Enter the number of days in the "DEFAULT COLLECTION WINDOW (DAYS)" field. This must be a whole number greater than or equal to 2. 
   
5. Click Save. Any orders created after this change will apply the new collection window.
