How to resend the "order ready" SMS notification
If a patient has not received their "Order ready" SMS/email notification with their pin number, or unique checkout link, you can resend it by clicking the "Resend Order ready message" button on the order details page. See video below for reference:
For orders with a charge that need payment or exemption declaration via the online checkout, there is no way to send the pin as this would bypass the checkout process.
