Usage Stats Report
We have added
a new business Intelligence (BI) reports to display insights into the usage of
your collection point. This includes:
Age range of patients
Time of day & day of week analysis
Please note that in/out of hours is based on assumed typical hours of 9am-6pm weekdays, 9am-1pm Saturdays. In future we plan to enable pharmacies to input their precise opening hours to make these statistics more accurate.
Channel size usage
This displays what percentage of a given channel size were occupied on average throughout the
month.
We will email the business email addresses at the start of each month to notify you updated monthly charts are available
Minor changes
- When logging in to the portal it was not
possible to view what password had been typed. An eye icon on has been added to
the password box to enable this.
- When creating a new user and setting the
password, we have added a second
password confirmation box to ensure passwords are not mistyped.
